What photo can I use?

We can work with any photo!

Can I see a preview before I order?

Due to the design being hand-drawn, we cannot offer a preview before ordering. However, we do provide a preview within 2 days of receiving your order. This allows you to work with our artists until you are happy, and if not, you can receive a full refund.

How long does it take to create my camper design?

It takes up to 2 days for our artists to create your camper design and send you your first proof.

What if I’m not happy with my design?

No sweat! We offer unlimited revisions so we'll keep working with you until we get your camper design just right, and if not, you can receive a full refund.

Can I return or get a refund?

We offer a money-back guarantee at any point before approval of the camper design. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your design preview, you can work with our artists untill you are happy or get a full refund. 

Because of the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your camper design is approved.

If your parcel is lost, damaged or contains a printing mistake, please contact us immediately so we can send out a replacement for free. We may ask for photos to assist with the claim. Please note we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels left in safe places, chosen neighbour or after delivery has taken place.
